After the hearing, if the violation is sustained, the appropriate agency will require payment of any associated fines and in most cases a certificate of correction will need to be filed.

When filing a certificate of correction, it will often require to file applications and construction drawings, obtain department plan approval, file and pull permits, perform approved work, pass the final inspections. Only after the violating conditions are corrected we can work to get the plans signed-off, and then certificate of correction can be filed.
